Chapter 01
Color first, at your table
Every interior job starts with a phone call to the office at (479) 283-3138. Our office manager schedules your estimate with the goal of being out to your home within two to three business days, and the estimate is free.
At your kitchen table, our estimator listens to what you want the rooms to feel like, then uses that experience to help you design the smartest roadmap for the project. We offer expert advice and can provide color swatches that help you pinpoint the perfect shade. The goal is a color that complements your existing decor instead of fighting it.
Within two days you get a detailed estimate by email. While you decide, we stay available to answer questions about the project and the pricing. When you say yes, we schedule dates that fit your calendar.

The prep nobody sees
Most of what makes a paint job last happens before a brush ever gets wet. We meticulously clean, sand and prime the walls so the new coat goes on smooth. Paint over dust, old gloss or an unsanded patch and it shows later: flat spots, flashing, edges that lift.
Prep also means the small jobs around the paint. Patching dings and nail holes. Recaulking moulding so the lines come out crisp. Taking off switch plates and outlet covers instead of painting around them. David York of Bentonville wrote that we "recaulked our molding and painted molding and 2 wood walls."
Then comes the painting itself. Our painters use premium quality paints that promise longevity and luster, and they cut in the ceiling lines and corners by hand so the edges look as good as the open wall.
Chapter 03
Living in the house while we paint
Painting a house you live in is a different job than painting an empty one. While we work, we communicate our timeline, respect and protect your home and belongings, and stay available for any questions or changes you have. Floors and furniture get covered before anyone opens a can.
Cleanup happens every day, not just at the end. Pamela Andrews had the interior of her entire house painted, and said the crew was "fast, polite, very detailed and cleaned up each day."
You also know what is coming each day. Michelle Goggans wrote that her project manager "communicated wonderfully about what he would be doing each day." That daily word is how we keep a painted house from feeling like a construction site.
Walk-through and the one-year warranty
When the last coat is on, we meticulously clean up and leave your space spotless. Then we do a final walk-through with you, so you can point out anything you want touched up before we call the job done.
Every project comes with a one-year craftsmanship warranty, from the day the job is complete through the next year. We don't just guarantee quality work, we warranty our work.
